a cycling advocacy group formed in 1996 after the arrest of two cyclists at Critical Mass and the death of cyclist Erin Krauser.
Since it's formation ARC has spearheaded the first coroner's report in Toronto that studied cycling deaths, where many of ARC's recommendations were stated, but the entire report was ignored.
ARC's chief role is the organizing of cyclist memorials and the placing of Ghost bikes.
