TTC Complaint: Sample

I am writing to you with a complaint regarding a TTC driver who operated a TTC bus in an unsafe manner.

Insert detailed description of events here. Essential things to include are:

Identification of the TTC vehicle, example: "I was passed much too close at high speed by bus #666."
Precise date and time.
Precise location, example: " ... northbound curb lane of Deathtrap Blvd."

I am disappointed that the TTC allows drivers to operate with so little knowledge of the rights of cyclists to safe use of City roads. I hope that the TTC can tighten its testing of employees in the future. Please keep me fully informed of any action you are taking in this case.
